Instructions

Step 1
Add egg sugar and salt into liquidiser. Beat for a few minutes

Add oil
Step 3
Add Potato flour
Step 4
Mixture is quite thick and it will stop liquidiser
Step 5
Spread thinly on baking sheet
Step 6
Yields 1 1/2 to 2 truss, depending on thickness of spread
Step 7
Bake on 180 for ten minutes
Step 8
Take out the oven and cut into squares
Step 9
Put back into oven and bake for a further 15-20 minutes
Step 10
Swap shelves in oven if using more than one shelf
