Instructions

Step 1
Grate the zucchini into a bowl and add the salt, then mix and let the liquid drain from them for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, dry the cheese with a kitchen towel if it is wet and grate it into a separate large bowl.

After 10 minutes have passed since step 1, squeeze the water out of the zucchini very well (I used a cotton towel but you can use your hands) and add the zucchini over the cheese.
Step 4
Finely chop the dill, crush the garlic and add to the bowl. Then add the eggs and pepper and mix the mixture very well.

Step 5
Add a little of the flour and mix. Repeat until you run out of flour or reach the desired consistency.

In a pan, add oil until it covers the bottom and let it heat up.
Step 7
When the oil is hot, form the patties and fry until they get a little color or until they seem done. (Form each patty just before frying them, not before)
