Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together eggs ,salt, milk. Add in vinegar.

Add flour to egg mixture. Whisk/Whip briskly until batter slowly falls off whisk. Approximately 5 min. (This actives gluten)
Step 3
Prepare cooking area with tools. Start to bring salted water to hard boil.
Step 4
Pour spaetzel batter into spaetzel maker & slide back and forth
Step 5
Cook until turn (sligltly) white. This doesn't take long. Spaetzel will float. Spaetzel will become firm. Approx. 1 min. Rinse in cold water to stop cooking process. Don't over cook it, it will turn to mush.

00 Fina/Pizza flour has less gluten and harder to work with.
