Bratwurst Soup

I removed the brat casings and cooked them whole in my Johnsonville sausage griller and sliced them and cut the slices in half. I used about a cup each carrot, celery and onion. I only used 3 slices of American cheese and 1/2 cup velveeta shreds. Very good. Would be good with ham or ground beef too.
