Instructions
Step 1
Fry one onion and a clove of garlic with olive oil for a few minutes.
Step 2
Add fava, mix it with the onion and garlic. Add 1,5 cups of water. Boil for 30-35 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the excess of water. Blend with a blender, adding salt, pepper, lemon juice and a little of olive oil.
Step 4
For serving add 1/4 of fresh onion, paprika, sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil before serving. Greek fava is ready!
