Ingredients

1 Tbsponion powder

1 tspground black pepper

1 tspdried parsley

1 tspcelery seed
or sub celery leaves

1 tspdried basil

1 tspdried marjoram
or sub oregano

1 tspdried oregano

1 tspdried savory
or sub thyme and marjoram

1 tspdried thyme

1 tspground mustard

1 tspcumin powder

½ tspdried rosemary

½ tspcayenne powder

½ tspcoriander powder

½ tspgarlic powder
1 Tbspdried carrots
diced
Instructions
Step 1

Freshly grind the pepper and add it and the rest of the spices in a small bowl. Mix and then add dried diced carrots. Mix. Your seasoning mix is done!
Step 2
If you don't have savory, you can substitute thyme and marjoram. If you don't have marjoram, you can substitute oregano. If you don't have celery seeds, you can substitute celery leaves - just note, you might need to add more for the deep sweet celery flavor that the seeds have.
This recipe is not spicy, please do not leave out the cayenne powder!

This recipe makes a full small jar's worth, or about 0.78 oz or 22g of seasoning mix. Alternatively, it's about 18 tsp worth.
