Protein cookie dough
Protein Cookie Dough
3/4 coconut or almond flour
3tbs nut butter or peanut butter
1tbs vanilla extract
1tsp almond, or coconut oil(don't use seed oils-it'll give it a weird flavor)
Protein powder to equal 30g protein; I used vanilla lean whey
1-2 pitted dates; more dates = more
sweetness
Chocolate chips(optional)
Add ingredients except chocolate chips and nuts into a food processor and blend until chunky or begins to roll up in clumps.
Transfer to a fridge safe container spread out evenly. Now you have the option to add zero sugar chocolate chipsi get mine from choczero) and/or add in your favorite nuts! I love english walnuts or pecans YES PLEASE
