Instructions
Step 1
Combine egg yolks, water , lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and seasonings in a blender. Blend on high for 10 seconds.
Step 2
Add butter to a small pot and heat over medium until completely melted.
Step 3
Turn on blender and sowly stream the melted butter into the blender until all the butter has been incorporated.
