Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180C (fan) or 200C (non-fan)
Step 2
Chop veg, garlic, and parsley and add to baking tray.
Step 3
Create 20 meatballs with the lamb mince.
Step 4
Add the remaining ingredients you the baking tray APART FROM THE FETA.
Step 5
Stir the mix together (include the seasoning at this point if not done already) in the baking tray. Add the meatballs and mix again.
Step 6
Cover with the feta. Broken up or in small chunks. Then place in oven.
