Instructions

Step 1
Place eggs in pot, fill with enough water to cover eggs. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Put on a lid and turn off the heat. Leave for 7 minutes.
Step 2
While the eggs are boiling prepare an ice water bath and set aside. Remove the eggs from the water and place them in the ice water bath. This step will stop the cooking process and make the eggs easier to peel.
Step 3
Once the eggs have cooled completely, peel them and slice in half lengthwise. Remove the yolk to a small bowl with a spoon and place the egg whites on a plate.
Step 4
Mash the yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise, mustard, pickle brine, salt and pepper. Stir everything together until it's too your desired consistency.
Step 5
Use a spoon to add a portion of the deviled egg mixture back into the hole of each egg white. Sprinkle on paprika and green eggs for garnish.
