Instructions

Step 1
Wash and dry the russet potatoes. Cut into even fries using a crinkle cutter.
Step 2
Place raw fries in the air fryer (no oil or seasoning yet). Cook at 400°F for 20–23 minutes, shaking every 5–7 minutes.
Step 3
When golden, remove and toss with 4g oil, sea salt, and garlic powder.
Step 4
While fries cook, season chicken tenders with blackened seasoning.
Step 5
Cook tenders in a pan on medium-high (around 7/10 heat) until the bottom is blackened.
Step 6
Add a splash of broth, cover, and let steam until cooked through. Internal temp should reach 165°F.
