Buffalo Chicken Chalupas

Instructions

Step 1
Pat chicken dry and flatten. Season both sides with ranch dip seasoning. Spray both sides with cooking spray.
Step 2
Air fry chicken at 400°F for 9–10 minutes.
Step 3
While cooking, blend Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
Step 4
Chop cooked chicken and mix with buffalo sauce to make the dip.
Step 5
To assemble: Lay pita flat. Add 5g mozzarella, 5g colby jack, 1/10th of the dip, then another 5g of each cheese.
Step 6
Fold tightly and spray both sides with cooking spray.
Step 7
Air fry at 400°F for 4 minutes. Use ramekins or small weights to hold chalupas closed.
Step 8
Once cooked, open and top with tomato and lettuce.
