Instructions

Step 1
Whisk all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
Step 2
Season cubed chicken with sea salt and garlic powder. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat until golden, then toss with half the sauce. Set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, add frozen stir fry vegetables with a splash of water and cover to steam. Once softened and slightly charred, stir in minced garlic and green onion.
Step 4
Reduce heat and add the remaining sauce to the veggies. Simmer until thickened.
Step 5
In a large bowl, layer lettuce, romaine, stir fry veggies, and chicken. Serve immediately or portion into containers for meal prep.
