Step 1
Chop your pineapple into small, diced bite-size pieces

Put the pineapple on a Cheet rack with parchment paper and put it in the freezer until solid

Meanwhile, grab your key limes, and chop in half and squeeze with a juicer, and a cup to use as a coating

Take the pineapple out of the freezer and create an assembly line. You want to use tooth picks for this to get the coating right?

Dip the frozen pineapple in the lime juice, and then coat the pineapple in the sugar mixture and placed back onto the parchment paper

Put back in the freezer for a few minutes, then take them out and you can enjoy them or enjoyed them as is
