Step 1
Grease a 9x9 casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Boil macaroni in salted water until al denté. About 8-9 minutes.
Step 3
Shred both blocks of cheese into a bowl, mix well, then set aside
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, cottage cheese, half of shredded cheese mix, milk, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Step 5
Add cooked noodles to cheese mixture. Once well combined, pour into greased casserole dish.
Step 6
Top with remaining cheese mixture, then bake for 30-35 minutes.
