Instructions
Step 1
Add yeast and honey to warm water and bloom for 15mins, or until there is at least 1cm of froth on top
Step 2
Add yeast mixture, salt and oil to the flour and mix until a dough consistency.
Rise for 2hrs
Step 3
Split the dough into balls (185g makes 9 balls) and rise for a further 2 hrs
