Salmon patties

Step 1
Peel then cut the potatoes. Boil them until soft. Once cooked mash the potatoes and add a little milk.
Step 2
Open the tin of salmon and crab meat into a bowl and mix until all bones and meat and thoroughly mixed.
Step 3
Add the potatoes to the salmon and mix.
Step 4
Roll into fist sized balls and place onto a tray. Place in the fridge for the balls to set.
Step 5
Once cooled press gently to form a patty.
Step 6
Add oil to a pan, one sizzling place patty into the pan and cook on both sides until both sides are brown.
Step 7
Once all patties are browned. Place back onto a pan and leave in the fridge to cool. Place into freezer bags and place into the freezer.
