Instructions
Step 1
Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
While pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced onion.
Step 3
Increase the heat to med-high and add the beef steak. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the beef is browned.
Step 4
Stir in the beef broth and worcestershire sauce, bring it to a simmer, and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Reduce the heat to low, and the cooked tortellini to the skillet, and toss everything together.
Step 6
Sprinkle the provolone cheese over the top and cover the skillet until the cheese melts.
