Instructions
Step 1
Debone chicken thigh if needed and season with chicken powder, salt and pepper. Place chicken thighs in sous vide bag and add 4 crushed garlic




Step 2
Sous vide chicken thigh @162 F for 1.2 hrs.
Step 3
Combine brown sugar, oyster sauce, char siu, sesame oil and chili oil






Step 4
Cook pasta to box instructions


Step 5
When chicken thigh is done, transfer the juice from the sous vide bags over to a wok

Step 6
On the wok, cook sliced mushroom, onion and leeks. Once cooked, add garlic and chicken thigh




Step 7
Add sauce and remove from heat. Mix well. Add tapatio to taste
Step 8
Add pasta bit by bit while mixing
Step 9
Serve and top with crushed roasted peanuts and sliced green onions
