Instructions

Step 1
Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot) and select Sauté function. Add bacon and cook, 15 to 20 minutes.

Release pressure using the natural-release method, 10 to 40 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.

Step 5
Remove bacon and chop to the desired size and return them to the pot. Remove and discard half of the peppers. Remove and chop up the other half of the peppers and return them to the pot.
Step 6
Mash the bean mixure with a potato masher until they reach desired consistency.
