Step 1
Grab a cake tin/ baking sheet/ container of some description. I used a 9 inch rectangular cake tin. Put some baking parchment/ grease proof paper in the container. Weigh out the dry ingredients. Cut the fruit up into small bite sized pieces. Put all wet ingredients in a pan on a low heat until melted. Mix it all together.
Pour/ scrape into container. Use the back of a spoon to spread around and press it down a bit. Chill in fridge (best kept in fridge or out goes very soft).
