Instructions

Step 1
1) mix together the flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl.
Step 2
2) add the yogurt and need it into the flour until it forms a dough
Step 3
3) sprinkle flour onto a flat surface and put the dough onto it
Step 4
4) cute the dough into 4 even pieces
Step 5
roll each of the pieces into a circle and use your finger to make a hole in the middle
Step 6
Mix together egg with and water with a wisk and coat in onto the bagels
Step 7
Place the bagels into the air fryer. Do not force all of them in at once, if they can't all for or are touching, do 2 at a time.
Step 8
Cool them at 650c for 12-15min. Flip them over at half time to make both sides brown and even
Step 9
Let them cool and enjoy!
