Instructions

Step 1
Grate veggies into a bowl then season with salt and let it sit 10 minutes . After squeeze out the excess water

Add crumbled feta half the mint with the basil black pepper cumin garlic powder eggs and flour and mix together to combine

Step 3
Take spoonfuls and flatten them into a pan with hot oil and fry on both sides until golden then drain on paper towels

Add yogurt mint grated garlic and lemon juice to a bowl and season with salt and pepper then mix . Serve this on the side and get to dunking . Enjoy .
