1 tspvanilla

½ tspcinnamon
½ tspnutmeg
Can substitute with 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Preheat oven to 375°F
Directions

Mix DRY ingredients in one bowl.
Step 3
Mix WET ingredients in a second bowl.
Step 4
Add DRY ingredients to WET ingredients and mix until combined. Don’t mix too much, just enough.
Step 5
Make the CRUMB TOPPING: Add the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon and mix them together. Add in the cubes of butter and squish the mixture until crumbly with your fingers.
Step 6
Pour the batter into a muffin tin and sprinkle CRUMB TOPPING on top.
Step 7
Bakin for 18-20 minutes or until done.
Step 8
