Instructions

Step 1
Whisk to combine your butter, yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and egg. Fold in your mashed banana.
Step 2
Fold in the flour, leavening ingredients, and spices, followed by your chopped walnuts.
Step 3
Transfer to a baking pan and place the split figs throughout. Bake at 350f for 30-35min, or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Step 4
Brush with melted honey (optional but it creates a beautiful glaze) and enjoy!
