These bun free burgers were once on the menu at Chili's. They are no longer offered. It's a shame. Low carb and Keto friendly depending on sides. We serve it with our daughter in law's Dill Cucumber salad.

Step 1
Shred cheese. Dice onions and tomatoes jalapenos, etc. Season and cook burgers your way (we charcoal, gas grill, Ninja Combi, broil based on situation and availability). Plate the cooked burger, add BBQ sauce, chilies (or other toppings) and add cheese. Dive in! Also note that sliced or diced jalapenos, onions, tomatoes can be added to this recipe. They are all good and can add variety to the meal.
