2 ½ cupschicken broth
8 ozgreen chilies
diced
1 ½ teaspoonground cumin
¼ teaspooncayenne pepper
½ teaspoondried oregano
½ teaspoonpaprika
0.5lime
small, juiced
2cans great northern beans
2cans corn
1can cream of chicken
1 bagshredded pepper jack cheese
1 tablespoonranch seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
In a crock pot, add chicken and 1 cup chicken broth. Cook on high for 4 hours.
Step 2
Drain and rinse beans in a strainer.
Step 3
Add all ingredients into the crockpot.
Step 4
Cook on low for another 4 hours
