Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 218c fan.
Step 2
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder until combined.
Step 3
Add the plant milk, melted butter and vanilla extract. Try not to Overmix.
Step 4
Add the blueberries and fold them in. Decide the batter evenly between 7 muffin cups.
Step 5
Bake them for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 190c and bake for another 23 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking tin before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy.
