Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Using a food processor mix together the first 4 ingredients until smooth.

Add the egg and orange zest. Mix just until incorporated. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.

Use a small cookie scoop to make 24 cookies on the baking sheets.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Cool completely before removing yo hold texture.
