Apple Butter Pork Chops

Instructions Season both sides of each pork chop with your seasoned salt blend. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook each side for about 3 minutes. Set aside. Grab your apples and use an apple slicer to core and slice them up. Using the same skillet, add the last tablespoon of butter. Once melted, toss in the apple slices and let them cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Pour in a quarter of a jar of apple butter, along with some brown sugar and a dash of chili powder. Stir everything together until it’s well mixed. Add the cream and continue to stir. Bring to a light boil. Add the pork chops to the bottom of the skillet, making sure each chop gets a generous spoonful of the apple butter mixture on top. Let them cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, allowing the flavors to meld. Serve the pork chops hot with the apple mixture spooned over the pork.
