Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowls mix together sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs.
Step 2
Add sifted flour baking powder, pumpkin spice and water. Mix well.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180c fan.
Step 4
Pour the batter in your loaf tin and pop in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Step 5
Let cool, slice and enjoy.
