Step 1
1 c cashews (soak them in water for 2-12 hours for the creamiest texture, discard the water before adding to blender)
Step 2
1/3 c water *new water, not the water the cashews soaked in
Step 3
1. Blend it all together in a high speed blender. It thickens up in the fridge and is even better the next day. If it won’t blend, add a little more water.
