Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken thighs into large bowl. Generously salt and pepper thighs and add 3/4 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce. Hand mix until thighs are covered.



Step 2
Heat grill to 400°. Place chicken on grill and flip every 5 minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Tent with foil and set aside.
Step 3
Toss all prepared veggies into mixing bowl. Toss with Olive oil and salt and pepper. Place in veggie griller, and cook 15 minutes, flipping once.






Step 4
Pre heat oven to 400°. Peel and small diced sweet potatoes. Place in bowl and toss with remaining olive oil and salt and pepper. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.




Step 5
Once chicken, veggies and potatoes are done, plate. Add 1 tbsp kerrygold butter onto potatoes and a dash of cinnamon.
