Instructions

Step 1
Chop all the vegetables. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, then brown it in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the minced garlic while browning.
Step 2
Add all the vegetables except for the broccoli. Sauté for a few minutes, then add soy sauce to taste. Cook a few more minutes, then pour in the beef broth. Cover and let simmer on low heat.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti halfway (al dente). Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the beef and vegetables. Stir in the broccoli. Mix well. Transfer everything to a baking dish, cover, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
