Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375F or 190c.
Make oat flour by blending oats in food processor.
Step 2
To a large mixing bowl add all the filling ingredients (blueberries, agave syrup, lemon juice, water, vanilla, and starch). Mix until everything is well combined and evenly coated. Transfer the mixture 8x8 baking dish.
Step 3
Add the topping ingredients (oats, oat flour, agave syrup, and applesauce) to another bowl and stir. Make sure everything is mixed well. Use your hands if you have to.
Step 4
Spread the crumble topping with your hands evenly on top of the blueberry filling. Place in the oven and bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 375F / 190c until the filling is bubbling and the topping is lightly browned.
Step 5
Let cool a bit before serving so it can thicken up as it cools. Makes about 6 servings.
