Instructions
Step 1
Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in small bowl.
Step 2
Microwave bowl in 30 second intervals then stir. Repeat until all chips are melted.
Step 3
Pour half chocolate mixture into bottom of muffin tin and freeze for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, mix collagen, maple syrup, and peanuts butter in small mixing bowl.
Step 5
Take chocolate out of freezer after 20 min, and press peanut butter mixture into each muffin spot.
Step 6
Re-microwave remaining chocolate mixture if thickened. Pour the rest of it evenly into muffin spots.
Step 7
Sprinkle salt on top of each, and stick it in the freezer for 45 minutes.
