Light Mayo, but you can adjust to your taste

or white wine vinegar

Mustard
Durkee Famous Sauce if you can find, or make a copycat from recipe online, or Dijon and yellow combo

Instructions
Step 1
Eggs in instant pot, high pressure for 3-4m then natural release for 5m. Finish release and put in ice bath.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes for 6m to keep them firm, then immediately rinse under cold water to stop cooking
Step 3
Combine all other ingredients.
