Daily Happy Juice — Balanced Weight & Digestion
Handful baby leaf spinach
½ banana, sliced
1 stick celery, sliced
3-inch cucumber, sliced
13g collagen powder
1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
½ lemon, juiced
1-inch fresh turmeric, peeled and sliced
Small pinch black pepper
50g pineapple chunks
1 tbsp porridge oats (rolled oats, uncooked)
1.5 tsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds (or 1 tsp each)
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or kefir
150–200 ml cold water or unsweetened almond/oat milk
2–3 ice cubes

Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Step 2
Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Let sit for 5–10 minutes to thicken.
Step 4
Serve chilled.
