Instructions

Step 1
1. Rub butter into flour making a breadcrumb texture 2. Add grated cheddar and paprika and stir together 3.Add egg yolk and bring together to make a dough, kneed slightly so it all sticks together 4. Roll out to a 2mm thickness and cut out into 4cm circles.
Step 2
Bake at 180 degrees C, 10 mins on first side 5 mins on second side
