Instructions
Step 1
Cut meat into desired sizes and make sure any fat is removed. When cutting be wary of the grain of the meat and cut cross grain for tenderness
Step 2
Marinate for 48 hours
Step 3
Reserve marinade for later use. Dehydrate for 3-3 1/2 hours at 158 until to desired consistency
Step 4
Preheat oven to 275
Step 5
Dip meat back thru marinade and place on wire rack in cookie sheet
Step 6
Place in 275 degree oven for 11 minutes
