Instructions
Step 1
Heat butter in a pan. Add onion and sauté until soft.
Step 2
Add garlic and chili flakes. Stir for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add livers and sear for 3–4 minutes per side (don’t overcook).
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice over.
Step 5
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve with crusty bread.
