Step 1
Slice the courgette into ribbons, you can use a peeler which works well. Then layer them in a line and overlapping about half each slice. Then add salt and pepper all over the top. Firstly spread the tomato puree all over the now assembled pizza base. Then, °Add the cheese, °Mushrooms °garlic powder and dried parsley. And more salt and pepper. After assembling the pizza place in a pre heated oven at 200 degrees for 25-35 minutes keeping an eye on it so it doesn't get burnt on the bottom.
