Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C. Cook the rice, try to keep it dry, not mushy. Drain and combine with the chili oil. Spread on a baking paper lined tray and bake in the oven until the rice is crispy. Time depends on how wet the rice was. If needed, break up or flip the rice halfway through
