2white fish fillets
cod, halibut, or sea bass

1 cupcherry tomatoes
red and yellow, halved

¼ cupblack olives
Kalamata or other

3 clovesgarlic
minced

2 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 tspdried oregano

½ tspsmoked paprika

½ tspcrushed red pepper flakes
optional

Salt

black pepper
to taste

2 tospfresh parsley
or thyme, chopped

¼ cupdry white wine

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
2. Prepare Fish: Pat fish fillets dry and place them in a baking dish.

3. Season: Drizzle fillets with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, oregano, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.

4. Add Veggies: Scatter cherry tomatoes, olives, and minced garlic around the fish.

5. Optional Flavor Boost: Pour white wine into the dish for extra depth.

6. Bake: Cook for 12-15 minutes, until the fish is flaky and fully cooked.
