Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.

Add the garlic and bell peppers, cooking until the peppers are tender.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage mixture, zucchini slices, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×9-inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
