Chocolate Ganache/Sauce recipe made using Cocoa Powder...in the absence of Dark Chocolate Compound! 😅

Instructions
Step 1
Mix Cocoa Powder, sugar, salt and corn flour in a bowl




Step 2
Then gradually add Milk and stir to smooth sauce

Step 3
Put this mixture on low gas and let cook and thicker for few mins, until desired consistency

Step 4
Then turn off flame and add butter and vanilla essence and stir to mix


Step 5
Done!!! Enjoy with any cake or as a dip! 😃
