1.5 poundsground beef

1 tablespoonolive oil

1 tablespoonsesame oil

¼ cupsoy sauce

2 tablespoonsbrown sugar

2 tablespoonsgochujang
korean chili paste

1 teaspoongarlic minced

1 teaspoonginger
minced

1 tablespoonrice vinegar

1egg

1 cuppanko breadcrumbs

1 tablespoongreen onions
sliced, for garnish

sesame seeds
for garnish

Honey
for glaze, to mix with gochujang
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
Mix the Meatloaf
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, egg, and panko breadcrumbs. Mix until just combinedādonāt overwork it.
Shape and Transfer

Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
Bake

Bake for 30ā35 minutes.
Glaze

Brush the top with a mixture of gochujang and a drizzle of honey for a sticky-sweet glaze. Return to oven for 10 more minutes of baking, or until fully cooked through (internal temp should reach 160°F).
Rest and Serve

Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for a flavorful finish.
