Banana Cake

Adapted this from The Preppy Kitchen’s banana cake recipe, but I reduced the amount of flour and sugars for a stronger banana flavour.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius

Whisk together flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda

Cream butter and sugars
Step 5
Add eggs to butter one at a time
