9 steps
Prep:2h 10minCook:15min
These sweet and savory steak strips are bursting with flavor and come together effortlessly in the air fryer. Marinated in a rich blend of honey, soy sauce, garlic, and spices, the steak cooks up tender and caramelized in under 10 minutes. Perfect served over rice, noodles, or roasted veggies, it's a quick and satisfying meal that feels like takeout — without the wait. 🔥 Tips: For caramelized edges, cook slightly longer but keep an eye to avoid burning the honey. Great for meal prep — store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Instructions

Make the Marinade

Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika (if using) until well combined.

Marinate the Steak

Step 2
Add the steak strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Preheat the Air Fryer

Step 4
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) while the steak finishes marinating.

Cook the Steak Strips

Step 5
Lightly grease or spray the air fryer basket.
Step 6
Place the marinated steak strips in a single layer in the basket — work in batches if needed.
Step 7
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.

Rest & Serve

Step 8
Let the steak strips rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Step 9
Serve warm over steamed rice, noodles, or roasted vegetables.
