Step 1
In a large Pot, Sautée Garlic over Medium Heat until Fragrant



Step 2
Add Tomato Paste & Passata; fry briefly. Deglaze with the Wine, followed quickly by the Water & Boullion.





Step 3
Season with Spices as Desired, with Soy Sauce included in this step. Taste for profile.





Step 4
Add Dried and Canned Legumes to Broth and bring to boil.


Step 5
Cover and reduce heat to Low. Cooke for 30-45 minutes, or until legumes are tender.
Step 6
Add Frozen Vegetables and Cook (Uncovered) until Vegetables Heated & Softened.
Step 7
Remove from heat and garnish with Cream. Season as needed.
